

Spent (wasted?) 1.5 hours at different spots trying to coax monkeys down to the boats for food and photo ops - there were some other boats there doing the same thing so monkeys weren't starving :) I was picked up promptly and dropped off with a group at Gamboa, where we boarded covered boats for ride to Lake Gatun.Įnroute down the Chagres River to where it meets the Panama Canal, we were right along side of several HUGE barges, luxury liners, cruise ships etc.

Booked this trip for the kayaking as most require either 2 or 4 participants.
